Find Properties to View that are a good fit to your needs and wants, your budget and your targeted location.
Schedule Viewings with the listing agent, so you can tour the home at your convenience.
Submit Offers is a process of negotiation, by writing and submitting offers to the listing agent.
Negotiate with the Listing Agent involves negotiating sales price, any contingencies or contract terms with your best interests in mind.
Manage your Paperwork to ensure nothing important gets overlooked: Mortgage application; Preapproval letter; Disclosure statement; Offer letters; Purchase agreement; Purchase and sale agreement; Home inspection reports; & Title paperwork
Make recommendations for any professionals you will need throughout the process including home inspectors, mortgage brokers and bankers, real estate attorneys, and movers.
