If your landlord is selling the home or apartment you rent, be sure to know your obligations, options, and rights! The first question I always ask renters who are looking to move, or who have to move, is, “What does your lease say?” Not every lease is created equal and that pays a huge part in how the move-out process works. In addition, renters have certain rights under their state’s laws, so be sure to familiarize yourself with those. And finally, this could be an opportunity for you to own your own home! If saving a down payment feels out of reach, there are programs available in Kentucky for Down Payment Assistance and for grants to help pay for a down payment. To see what you may be eligible for, check with a lender (message me for recommendations). I’m here to help with any questions so feel free to reach out.Category: UncategorizedBy Adrienne GilbertFebruary 14, 2024Post navigationPreviousPrevious post:670 Cave Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718 – SOLDNextNext post:Hidden Costs of Home Ownership You Need to Prepare forRelated Posts100 Steeplechase Drive – SOLDSeptember 9, 20245 Tasks to Keep Your Home in Top Shape this FallSeptember 9, 2024
